Create a Shared Folder in Windows 10 Accessible Without Login (Authentication)

Network and Sharing Center
Change advanced sharing settings
Within "All Networks", find "Password protected sharing"
Select "Turn off password protected sharing"
Open Administrative Tools
Open Computer Management
Local Users and Groups → Users → Guest
Uncheck "Account is disabled"
Create a folder
Right-click and go to the "Sharing" tab in Properties, then select "Advanced Sharing"
Add "Everyone" and grant full control
